Vagabond Chef, Matt Welsch, is a true prodigal son of WV. He's come home to share his journey and vision with his beloved Mountain State through his work as a Chef Ambassador with West Virginia State Tourism, as the Executive Chef of West Virginia State Parks, the owner/operator of Vagabond Kitchen in beautiful Downtown Wheeling, and the Value Added Products Program Coordinator with the Food & Farm Coalition. He celebrates what makes our state great while adding whatever he can wherever he can. Keep your eyes peeled -- he may be cooking in a kitchen near you!
