To respond to the needs of beginning farmers who are entering one of the toughest professions, we work to create opportunities for accessing land, coordinate a peer-to-peer learning community, known as WV CRAFT, and a network of agriculture training programs in West Virginia. In partnership with the WV Farmers Market Association and the WVU Extension Public Health SNAP Education, we’ve designed a well-researched, visually dynamic marketing campaign that enhances the marketing ability for WV farmers markets. READ MORE
We construct and advocate for statewide policy change that challenges antiquated policies and establishes new laws that help the local food and farm businesses grow and promotes food access. Our annual platform is grassroots constructed and democratically selected.
