In 2017, VC2 and WVFFC worked to facilitate communication with interested parties to shape the pilot project. All interested parties were surveyed to determine what metrics people were already collecting, what they wanted to collect, and what they needed with regard to training to improve their tracking capacity internally. We organized and leveraged CAN resources to provide training in 2018 to enhance participant organization capacity to track impact and contribute to collaborative project - those webinars can be found here: webinar 1 & webinar 2.
Our goal is to provide organizations with information about progress and economic impact that they can use for local food system development communication and advocacy to government officials, funders, and the public. Our 2016 impact graphic can be downloaded here.
To capture your impact on our wild and wonderful state, please complete the surveyhere, by July 10th.
